Ashton Grove Senior Living is located in Georgetown, KY, near Lexington, Kentucky. We offer Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Private Cottages in our senior retirement community. Nursing care and support, along with gracious amenities and lifestyle options are provided to our residents. We are an active adult community, within the Traditions Management family, that can help seniors with aging, Alzheimer’s, and Dementia care.

At this time we ask visitors not to participate in activities or dining.
Visits may occur:
Outside (preferred)
Visitors must wear a mask for their entire visit.
We ask that visitors and residents sit at least 6 feet apart.
Limit 2 visitors at a time.
Schedule 7 days a week between 10:00am to 5:30pm, with last scheduled time of 5:00pm.
Visits are not to exceed one hour.
Inside the building
Visitors must wear a mask for their entire visit.
Visits may take place in our private visitation areas for Assisted Living and Memory Care.
Limit 1 adult visitor at a time.
Schedule 7 days a week between 10:00am and 5:30pm for Assisted Living, with last scheduled time of 5:00pm, and 10:00am to 4:30pm for Memory Care, with last scheduled time of 4:00pm.
Visits are not to exceed one hour.
Screening and temperatures will be taken at beginning of each visit:
Please cancel your visit and stay home if you are sick.
All visitors must demonstrate lack of fever at entry and cannot exhibit any symptoms consistent with COVID-19.
Communal Activities for Residents Only
6 feet social distancing still applies.
For those not participating in communal dining, we will continue to offer in-room meals.
Residents may also order carryout by coming to the restaurant and asking for meals to-go or by notifying care staff.
Off-Site Visits
Residents must utilize our transportation in order to avoid quarantine upon return.
Only one resident will be transported in our vehicle per medical trip, and both driver and rider must wear a mask at all times.
We ask that residents only schedule medically necessary appointments at this time.
*All regulations apply pending there no current positive cases of COVID-19 for staff or residents. Should someone test positive, we test all residents and must quarantine for 14 days.
